I like ALL the Dem candidates and I'm saying something nice about each. Care to join me?
Joe Biden:

The voice of experience, with decades in the Senate. Joe knows foreign policy as well as anyone in Congress. He nailed Giuliani with his "a noun, a verb, and 9/11" jab. Ka-pow.

Hillary Clinton:

The most compelling case yet for a woman as President. She's really smart, could put together one hell of a great Cabinet, and has a great, experienced adviser we all know quite well.

Chris Dodd:

Son of a Nazi prosecutor, crafted the Family and Medical Leave Act, expert in Latin American affairs. Served in the Peace Corps and is the anti-Lieberman.

John Edwards:

He wants to eradicate poverty in the United States. He supports unions, families, and comes from a working-class background. Edwards has a history of taking on special interests and winning.

Mike Gravel:

Calls for the troops to come home from Iraq within 120 days. He supports same-sex marriage and civil rights for all. He says the War on Drugs is a failure. Helped end the Viet Nam War.

Dennis Kucinich:

Supports universal health care plan. Is the only candidate who has consistently voted against authorization and funding for war on Iraq. "Peace Through Strength"...sounds good to me.

Barack Obama:

A rising star who stands for an end to divisive politics. Recognized from the beginning that the Iraq invasion was wrong and opposed it.

Bill Richardson:

Has arguably the strongest resume of any candidate. Governor, U.N. Ambassador, Congressman, Cabinet secretary. This guy has the potential to really unite the nation.

---

Anyone else? :)

I love Joe, Bill, John, Dennis, Chris, Mike, Barack and Hillary

Joe Biden for his honest heart felt passion.

Bill Richardson for his wealth of experience in foreign policy, managing government and the fact the he's a Sox fan.

John Edwards for his life long work for the little guys.

Dennis Kucinich for his bluntness and honesty.

Chris Dodd for his stance on national service.

Mike Gravel because you have to love the guy.

Barack Obama for his beautiful oration, his organizing skills and his belief in Democratic principles.

Hillary Clinton because she will always stand by me and never, ever stop fighting the wrong wing conspirators.

Why do you love them all?

7. Agreed. A quality field.
Lacks one, but I am now resigned to this field, and can live with it.

9. Gosh. Imagine that. A thread that doesn't trash dems but uplifts them.
We should be calling 'our candidate' and pushing them into supporting what we'd like them to do and be though. If they don't hear it from their supporters then they'll get it from the beltway blobs.

11. I'm so sick of all the fighting
We need more peace in this world. I have no problems with any of our candidates. I suport mine because I'm trying to elevate impeachment and peace now to the fore-front. I welcome any other candidate supporters to help me do that - push your candidates on these issues, they aren't bad people but you need to press them on what matters most. I know about politics but we are a group of people who care about peace so we should continue to pursue it.

Thanks,

Nancy

Northern Virginia Coordinator for Dennis Kucinich.

Peace and Impeach!

14. Side by side with the Republicans
we've got the best lineup by a wide margin.

There isn't a single one of them that doesn't make me want to vomit.

18. They're all Democrats
Any of them would be light-years better than any of the GOP stooges in the running.

Having said that, I'd feel better if more of them were real Democrats in the tradition of Paul Wellstone, Ted Kennedy, et al.
