"The DLC is is recruiting Bloomberg!"

Now that Barack Obama is having breakfast with Mayor Bloomberg, could it be that just some honest and good hearted political shootin' the breeze is happening?

1. A Republican running mate? Oh, I forgot. He's independent.
Wake up from that silly dream. Bloomberg likes to be in charge. The VEEP has to say what someone else wants him to say or hold his tongue. Does that sound like Bloomberg to you?

And, baby, Bloomberg is NOT on your side.

3. Well, he was a Democrat, then switched to Republican so that he didn't have to run against
Green(?) in the Democratic primary for the mayor's race. He knew he couldn't beat Green in the Democratic primary.

So he switched to Republican so that he could be sure to run in the General Election where he thought he could beat Green. And he did.

So now he's an independent. All three bases in less than 8 years.

Is a Home Run next? What would that be? Switching to the Green party?
