2. This is just outrageous. They have all the power in Congress and STILL

use an end-run to put unqualified wingnuts into the judicial system. If that were the ONLY issue in this election it would suffice for kicking * out of office. But sadly, there are plenty more to match it.

Unbelievably to us liberals, Bush is having problems with his "base" of fundies.
He is making these little PR moves to show them that he is still their man. Especially after the Estrada and Pickering failures.

BTW how many recess appts. did WJC pull?
