The war is a mistake based on lies and all the studies show that the situation is getting
worse .... our southern flank which the British watched is now going to be under
control of Shi armies and militias ...... over a million Iraqis are dead and we now have
hundreds of thousands of blood enemies that had nothing to do with 9/11 or were a threat
to America ........

Mission Accomplished!

Call your senators and tell them if they say they care about the troops support the Web amendment
or never say again "I support the troops." Our people need a break.

And we need to admit a mistake and turn around before untold more die.

2. Supported Custer in what?
Custer's mission was scouting with explicit orders not to engage the Lakota/Cheyenne in pitched battle. In his arrogance, he ignored that order and attacked what he thought was a smaller force, not realizing he was engaging the main encampment. His arrogance cost he & his troopers dearly.

I guess there may be some parallel here with Bush, who is certainly arrogant but he isn't exactly leading the "attack."
