Senator Franken has a nice ring to it! :bounce:

==POLL: DSCC Minnesota Senate

A new Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research (D) statewide survey of 600 likely voters in Minnesota (conducted 7/26 through 7/31 for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee) finds:

* 37% would vote to reelect Sen. Norm Coleman if the election for U.S. Senate were held today; 49% would vote for "someone new."

* 41% rate the job performance of Coleman as either excellent or good; 58% say either fair or poor.==

1. Like he was even elected in the first place.
If it hadn't been that people had already cast tens of thousands of absentee ballots for Wellstone, and they couldn't vacate their votes, he never would have been in office.

6. Does he have any principles? Wasn't he once a Democrat and switched parties for political gain? nt

8. Thank you to all you Minnesota Democrats up there who have
helped keep the flame on Paul Wellstone's seat. Mr. Coleman has no business parking his hindend in Paul Wellstone's seat, now or never.

I'll send ya good vibes to dump Norm Coleman in that race in 08. I wouldn't miss ol' Norm one iota.

10. Well, given that Imperial Amerikan "elections" are horribly rigged, most likely
I don't believe there is ANY pre-election "margin-of-safety" for a Democrat to "win".

Coleman could poll at 20%, and yet what a surprise! He WON the next day.
