Gore/Clark 2007

That's right, 2007. We impeach Bush & Cheney. Pelosi is sworn in as president, and chooses Gore as her VP, then resigns. Gore is president, and he chooses Wesley Clark for VP. Gore still gets to run for two full terms of his own because it won't be more than the 10 years allowed by the Constitution.

Yep. Sounds good to me.

Gore/Clark 2007.

Beyond that:

Gore/Clark 2008

On edit: I can dream, can't I?

1. You can dream, but so can I. I like Gore/Obama and Clark as Secretary of Defense.
8 years of Gore to fix the environment, health care, the economy, our standing in the world, and 8 years of Obama to fix everything that's left.

Clark can fix our standing in the world, and take the fight to the real terrorists.

16. Without a waiver, Clark would not be eligible to serve as Sec of Def until 2010...
however I believe, with his talents and skills, he would make a tremendous Secretary of State. He certainly has a sterling military background, but he learned some terrific diplomatic skills along the way; something this nation sorely needs.

2. That would be the absolutely best ticket that we could wish for. At least,
I think so. The environment and economy guy joins up with the military and foreign policy guy.

What a dream team.

4. Uhhhh.
A bit of logically flawed, no?

Impeach cheney, bush picks the next vp. impeach bush, cheney picks the new vp and becomes president. the only way for pelosi to become president is if bush and cheney both die.

10. why not?
It's not like there isn't a mechanism to fill the positions should they both be found guilty.

They don't lose their jobs during the proceedings.

11. What is the mechanism to fill the positions?
Would it be the same as if they both died? I don't know, i'm not too familiar with the way it would work.

15. I think the only feasible one we can impeach is GONZO, then
Bush's house of cards will collapse. Because the window of opportunity is closing soon, I think it is the only viable solution.........gonzo, is the key to bringing the whole, lousy, rotten bunch down!!
