Novak confusing Chavez with Dennis ... the famous comic-strip character?

VHeadline.com commentarist Oscar Heck writes: I would like to straighten something out … I mean … I want to correct Robert Novak regarding an important detail which he brings up in his New York Post article published here on VHeadline.com on July 19, 2007. The article is entitled, “Alienating Uribe and Garcia as Chavez' menace spreads through the hemisphere”… and whoever reads it should be aware of a grave mistake (or intentional lie).

Robert Novak states “ …Why did House Speaker Nancy Pelosi renege on her previous commitment? She dances to the tune of AFL-CIO president John Sweeney …”

And “ … can be traced to influence on US unions by South America's leftist labor leaders, originating in Hugo Chavez' Venezuela.”

And “Nor do the Democrats show concern about alienating Uribe and Garcia as Chavez' menace spreads through the hemisphere.”

Wow!

Influence on US unions by leftist labor leaders in “Hugo Chavez’” Venezuela?

What?

Let me put things straight.

Anyone can do thorough and time consuming research and find much information on the US State Department website and on the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) website (and many other places on the net) to confirm that it is the US government which is influencing labor unions in Venezuela (and most other countries in South America), not vice versa, as Novak states. One can also discover that the US-based “labor organizations” involved in infiltrating and influencing other countries are directly linked to US subversive activity abroad through the NED … and organization (among others) that was created during Reagan’s administration to replace subversive CIA financing abroad.

FULL article at link.
