Washington Cab Driver Theory On Palfrey (D.C.Madam).......

I was in D.C. earlier this week when the Vitter story broke. I always make it a habit of engaging cab drivers in discussion about current events seeing that they meet so many people during the course of their job they get a lot of opinions. It also makes the cab ride interesting. Well this cab driver said he had a conversation with one of his passengers that theorized that Monica Lewinsky and Chandra Levy worked for Palfrey.

I didn't know what to say. Has this theory popped up anywhere else?

during the investigations. I don't buy it.

3. I've never heard it before, and it seems pretty unlikely that they were call girls.

The lives and activities of both women were investigated as much as they could possibly be, and there was not so much as a hint that either were ever involved in prostitution, IIRC.
