I thought that the repubs trial balloon of claiming that they would be the better "people" to implement the will of the voters expressed in 2006 would die a quiet and ignominious death.

Thanks Democratic "leaders". You've given them this talking point on a silver platter with a big yellow bow on it to match the stripe going down your backs. Allow me to embroider my words of gratitude on a whoopee cushion.
