He said this tonight in the House debate on the spending bill. I thought it was beautiful and had to share it.

6. Inslee is great and the Dems have

a potential superstar for the national arena in him. He's bright, articulate, forthright, photogenic --- kind of has it all. When I first saw him giving a speech on the floor of Congress I wanted to cheer. I've been following his progress since. If Dems have a clue they'll be grooming this guy for bigger things.

7. Problem with that is....some refuse to recognize they have...

the best and brightest right on their doorstep....There are those in the Democratic party who work quietly to help all Democrats and are super stars in their own right...and there are those Democrats who are in your face stars, but, the ptb for some reason, continue to decide to stick with the status quo s/o s/o...even if it isn't the smartest thing to do...we must be afraid of change, is all I can figure...either that, or there is just too much power concentrated in the hands of the few who control the whole situation....
