2. Makes you wonder why so many people who suffer from some
kind of brain damage have such high powered positions. They might as well be taking the fifth. We know they're guilty anyway, at least they wouldn't sound so stoopid.

6. Sounds like Hillary.
She used the "I can't recall" line many times during her testimony back in the day. It should not be a sufficient excuse for either side.
