1. would it be better if Congress did the investigations?

I was under the impression that Congress might move a little swifter and in full view of the public (ie. CSPAN) than Fitz would/could. Isn't that why he said that he wass done, so that they Congress could go ahead with their investigations? I'd rather this be conducted on CSPAN than under the cloak of secretive grand juries.

I want this in the news front and center each day, bringing the corruption du jour to full view so that we can scream and rage against the Bush machine.

3. Until a lead to Plame shows up, Fitzgerald should stay out of this.

Patrick Fitzgerald was on the Rove and Gonzales' hit list.
He is in the mix and there is a conflict of interest.
The investigator will have to come from outside the
Justice Department.
