"The gravitational pull of the bush administration"
this is rich. Republicans are concerned about their lightweight slate of presidential candidates for 08. They obviously don't hate enough for the party's base and there's that gravitational pull of the incredibly large disaster which is the bush administration.

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/11/us/politics/11repubs.html?ex=1333944000&en=ee015e3afa1fcbdc&ei=5088&partner=rssnyt&emc=rss

So gop leaders in the country fear losing the presidency in 08 because Americans just have to look AT WHAT THE GOP PUT IN THE WHITE HOUSE FOR THE LAST EIGHT YEARS. Wow, they are brilliant anal-ysts!

3. Wow BOSS the real question here is -How much do you have to SUCK
to be considered lightweight compared to Bush?

Or to put it more accurately -Is it going to take a level of SUCK here to for considered unreachable? Will someone have to create a entirely new level of SUCK so as to energize Republican voters?

4. I guess it would be the SUCK SCALE
The peter principal in reverse. Continue to suck and fuck up until you are eligible to be a presidential candidate for the grand ole party. Many are scrambling to the bottom as we hunt and peck. A good old fashioned cross burning would stimulate the loins of the base and get you nearer the goal of bottom of the pit.

5. Yeah, this'll work...the old immigration card
<Frank J. Fahrenkopf Jr., a former head of the Republican National Committee, said the party needed to move away from criticizing Democrats and associate itself with one winning issue if it was to have any hopes of holding on to the White House in 2008.

“What Republicans have to do here in the next year is do something other than complain about the Democrats,” Mr. Fahrenkopf said. “What they have to do is take an issue — and I happen to believe the issue is immigration — they have to push very strongly for it.”>

6. Yes, Kill all the immigrants
That will lock up the pro life christian vote. Then they will be screaming they are being persecuted because of dirty motel rooms and no vegetables for their meals. That of course would be Clinton's fault. Its amazing watching members of the party of responsibility rationalize.

7. I don’t think the Republican Party should fret too much about a Democrat wining the white house.
After all, it will most likely be a Conservative Democrat. With close personal friendly ties to the BFEE… And everything that goes with it.
