Rove gave a speech to the RNC?

Where he stated swing states in the '08 upcoming elections. I recall seeing another post which stated that out of the 11 swing states mentioned in Rove's speech 8 have had the AG's removed! I cannot locate the post, it was around 2-3 days ago. I can't seem to locate anything on Google either. Could I have been dreaming?

the swing states...what a coincidence. The Republics are getting desperate to keep control of the WH. They know we are on to them and that there will be a complete accounting when they lose it in 2008.
