Will Iraq funding run out?

If the Iraq funding runs out, will we automatically withdraw from Iraq?

Maybe this is what Bush wants, because he doesn't want to look weak in withdrawing, so he'll have the congress make the decision.

until 'WE' withdraw our troops and leave.

and we just left.

3. Almost everyone in Congress wouldn't want to be associated with having........

the 'war' funding run out; THAT would be political suicide in many states or districts.
