Solving the Prosecutor Firing Problem...It's Easy!!!
Subpoena Kyle Sampson to testify before congress tomorrow.Prior to his testimony he should be advised by someone very much like Patrick Fitzgerald as to the nature of legal definitions as to perjury and obstruction of justice.Advise him that Gonzales soon WILL be testifying under oath and that he,at least, has a strong sense of self-preservation.Take Mr. Sampson's testimony in a closed door session while admonishing him that his and all other testimony had better match...KYLE IS THE KEY....the sword of job loss with the promise of greater gain later just don't cut like the sword of possible incarceration...
