Snopes is still researching this anti Hillary email(warning-language)
I hope they have the answers I need. They allseem to be excerpts from Freper books:
"Where is the G-damn f**king flag? I want the G-damn f**king flag up every f**king morning at f**king sunrise."
(From the book "Inside The White House" by Ronald Kessler, p. 244 - Hillary to the staff at the Arkansas Governor's mansion on Labor Day, 1991)

"You sold out, you mother f**ker! You sold out!"
From the book "Inside" by Joseph Califano, p. 213 - Hillary yelling at Democrat lawyer.

"It's been said, and I think it's accurate, that my husband was obsessed by terrorism in general and al-qaida in particular."
(Hillary telling a post-9/11 world what a 'great' commander in chief her husband was; Dateline, NBC 4/16/2004.)

"I have to admit that a good deal of what my husband and I have learned has come from our daughter."
(TruthInMedia.org 8/8/1999 - Hillary at a White House function, proudly tells some Muslim groups she is gaining a greater appreciation of Islam because Chelsea was then taking a class on the "religion of peace")

"F**k off! It's enough that I have to see you shit-kickers every day, I'm not going to talk to you too!! Just do your G*damn job and keep your mouth shut."
(From the book "American Evita" by Christopher Anderson, p. 90 - Hillary to her State Trooper bodyguards after one of them greeted her with "Good morning."

"You f**king idiot."
(From the book "Crossfire" p. 84 - Hillary to a State Trooper who was driving her to an event.)

"If you want to remain on this detail, get your f**king ass over here and grab those bags!"
(From the book "The First Partner" p. 259 - Hillary to a Secret Service Agent who was reluctant to carry her luggage because he wanted to keep his hands free in case of an incident.)

"Get f**ked! Get the f**k out of my way!!! Get out of my face!!!"
(From the book "Hillary's Scheme" p. 89 - Hillary's various comments to her Secret Service detail agents.)

"Stay the f**k back, stay the f**k away from me! Don't come within ten yards of me, or else! Just f**king do as I say, Okay!!!?"
(From the book "Unlimited Access", by Clinton FBI Agent in Charge, Gary Aldrige, p. 139 - Hillary screaming at her Secret Service detail.)

"Many of you are well enough off that tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to have to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
(Hillary grandstanding at a fund raising speech in San Francisco ; SFGate.com 6/28/2004.)

"Why do I have to keep proving to people that I am not a liar?!"
(From the book "The Survivor," by John Harris, p. 382 - Hillary in her 2000 Senate campaign)

"I mean, you've got a conservative and right-wing press presence with really nothing on the other end of the political spectrum."
(C-Span, 1/19/1997 - Hillary complains about the mainstream media, which are all conservatives in her opinion)

1. Pointless
Most of these seem to be petty annoyances at her language. Even if true, she's hardly the first politician with a potty mouth.

but I kinda like some of those quotes attributed to her. Especially these 2:

"You show people what you're willing to fight for when you fight your friends."

"I am a fan of the social policies that you find in Europe " Hillary in 1996" From the book "I've Always Been A Yankee Fan" by Thomas D. Kuiper, p. 76 - Hillary in 1996

5. "The only way to make a difference is to acquire power"
Is there a problem with this statement? Can you make a difference WITHOUT power?

Even the fact that you've made a difference shows you've acquired power.

8. Most of that crap is from right wing anti-HIllary books —
Edward Klein — the guy Joe Conason and Al Franken skewered on Al's show? "American Evita"? "Inside the White House" — isn't that the one where the author said they had crack pipes hanging from the WH Christmas tree? Peggy Noonan? All of these are, I'm betting, mostly fiction.

of these quotes because I have no respect for the writers.

My gut tells me that she is not that nasty.

I hope she keeps on being strong, but doesn't run.

We don't need to layer all the wars - the ones she supports and the ones conducted against her.

11. You are absolutely correct.. The authors I've researched so far, are
repukes, have worked for repukes and have personal grudges against the Clintons.

The swift-boating was planned and begins.
I have more, but this is total garbage, OP. No need to wait on Snopes...Google these people....Most have openly admitted their intent to smear Senator Clinton

Edward Klein

Thu, Apr 14, 2005 2:46pm EST

Conservative publisher announces plans to "Swift Boat" Sen. Clinton
In recent days, a forthcoming book about Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) titled The Truth About Hillary: What She Knew, When She Knew It, and How Far She'll Go to Become President has gotten free advance publicity in major newspapers and on cable television, with several media outlets and figures already speculating -- some five months before the book is to be available -- that it will damage Clinton's much-speculated-about, but undeclared, presidential campaign.

>

Also on April 12, Fox News' Hannity & Colmes hosted Fox News analyst and serial Clinton-basher Dick Morris, whose false attacks on Sen. Clinton have included a grossly inaccurate book and promotional tour. Morris discussed Clinton in a segment headlined "What Might Be in Damaging New Hillary Book?"
"News" of book has also appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the New York Daily News, the Kansas City Star, and elsewhere.
But while there is widespread talk of how "damaging" the book will be, how it may "torpedo" Clinton's potential campaign, few details have emerged -- presumably because, it's worth noting again, the book won't be available until September.

So what do we actually know about The Truth About Hillary?

The Truth About Hillary is a partisan effort designed to "influence" voters

The Truth About Hillary author Edward Klein reportedly has a personal dislike of the Clintons; the New York Post reported in December that an "insider said Klein doesn't care for the Clintons, and he is digging up some new dirt on them."

Peggy Noonan -

1984, speechwriter for President Reagan.
Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan.
Her biography of Ronald Reagan, titled, WhenCharacter Was King,

>
Later, while working for then-Vice President George H.W. Bush, Noonan coined the phrase "a kinder, gentler nation" and also popularized "a thousand points of light", two memorable catchphrases used by Bush. Noonan also wrote the speech in which Bush pledged: "Read my lips: no new taxes" during his 1988 presidential nomination acceptance speech in New Orleans. Bush's subsequent reversal of that pledge is often cited as a reason for his defeat in his 1992 re-election campaign.

In mid-August 2004, Noonan took a brief, unpaid leave from the Wall Street Journal to campaign for George W. Bush's campaign.

13. No, that was another book
I have "Inside the White House" which is basically about the Presidential families from Kennedy to Clinton - the book was wirtten early in Clinton's first term. It came out right after the first Troopergate story and Paula Jones emerged, and Kessler basically calls the Clintons phony because they put forth a loving family image when in reality Clinton had many affairs and Hillary was a shrew. For the most part, he says all Presidential families put forth a phony image. The only one he thought was authentic was George and Barbara Bush.

The Christmas ornament story was in Gary Aldrich's book.

19. But weren't there stories that
GHWB had affairs and shrew may be an understatement for his wife - who really was something that rhymes with "rich" - as she decribed another.

Although it is impossible for anyone to know relationships of people they don't know, my guess is that he might have been more believable if he said the Carters (who seem to have an incredibly beautiful relationship) or the Reagans (Nancy was incredible for the Alzheimer years).

15. Why only one source on these "quotes"
The nasty ones at least. There are multiple sources for Cheney's "Go F$#@ yourself" quote. You would think that with this bizarre behavior that some of these quotes would have been repeated in multiple books.

In other words, if she actually said: "Where is the G-damn f**king flag? I want the G-damn f**king flag up every f**king morning at f**king sunrise."
Don't you think it would have ended up quoted in more than one book?

I also doubt that anyone as reviled be the Right Wing as she was would endanger her life by demeaning her Secret Service Agents.

David Brock did a good job in explaining how this stuff is basically made up in his book "Blinded by the Right"

21. Bottom Line: This Is Merely the Repuke "Hillary Smear Of the Week"
The gravity of the insults is irrelevant. The Great Republican Smear Machine realizes that consistent negative connotations and insults over a period of years tends to numb the minds of the weak.

Just listen to Hannity's catch-phrase "Derail Hillary Express". He's indoctrinating his flock to react like Pavlov's dog each time they hear Hillary's name mentioned.

Talk about insidious right wing brainwashing. Makes me wanna puke.

22. some of the those quotes are pretty laudable
Much of this is heresay (like calling employees "fucking id**ts") or residual smears from her White House years. It all sounds pretty tired. But a few of those quotes sound okay to me and seem like they come from the mind of a reasonable woman.

You show people what you're willing to fight for when you fight your friends."
(From the book "The Agenda" by Bob Woodward, ch. 14)
-- Who can disagree with this? Only people who have friends who never disagree with them

(Hillary grandstanding at a fund raising speech in San Francisco ; SFGate.com 6/28/2004.)
-- Please note: a politician promising to RAISE taxes is not grandstanding

"No matter what you think about the Iraq war, there is one thing we can all agree on for the next days - we have to salute the courage and bravery of those who are risking their lives to vote and those brave Iraqi and American soldiers fighting to protect their right to vote.

23. Another One

"It's been said, and I think it's accurate, that my husband was obsessed by terrorism in general and al-Qaida in particular."

Especially with George Tenent saying the same thing while complaining to Senators in the summer of 2001 about W nicknaming him "Chicken Little" instead of taking the threat of terrorism serious. And the RW noise machine complained for years about Clinton being "paranoid" about terrorism when they thought he should be more worried about China and Russia. I understand agreeing to ignore past mistakes so we could focus on fighting Islamic terrorism together. But how in the world did everyone really "forget" years of propaganda? I can see pretending to forget, but I swear the average person really, honestly does not remember this debate on national security between Democrats and Republicans thoughout much of the 90s INCLUDING THE 2000 CAMPAIGN. It is just plain scary how people can delude themselves.

24. May I ask how posting this propaganda on DU helps democrats
win an election? Seems to me it's fodder for Freepers to use against us.
I'm not for Hillary but I don't like to see her swiftboated...she may actually be our candidate and should be respected. I wouldn't like a page of crap like this posted about any of our possible candidates. I also think a post like this is against the rules. I realize it's from a Freeper post...but why give it such exposure? A few of their nasty comments should be enough for us to get an idea of how they think.
I don't mean to offend the OP, but I also don't like feeding yummies to the trolls.

25. Each time we hear a talk radio Nazi say "She can't win,"
it means they're afraid of her. Talk radio whores are saying great things about Obama, which should make you wonder. Why would a facsist bastard say nice things about Obama?

If Obama wins - whoever wins the Democratic nomination, I'm behind him/her all the way. (That's a sentence you won't hear from most here)

But seriously, between Obama with two years experience and the only team to win back-to-back presidential campaigns since FDR, (the team that beat war hero Bush and war hero Dole), ...who do you think the super-racist GOP wants to run against?

More of this type crab will be coming, but HRC will fight back...Unlike Gore and Kerry...

29. I have no problem with the language
but if proven to be true, it goes to the heart of how a person treats those who are under them. As a career merchant marine officer I've seen people like this. One doesn't willingly follow them, regardless of their professional abilities, and it's no way to behave as a leader.

Given the sources, I have some doubts about the "truthiness" of the reports, but I'm willing to see whether they're proven or debunked.
