Her latest "column" is vomit-inducing, not just because of the truly insane subject-matter, but also because Ann knows she's smarter than her readers, and she feels the need to portray her obviously superior intelligence by using words that even the SATs stay away from, marking them as just too hoity-toity for their own good.

Of course she's coming to the defense of Scooter Libby and the media blitz around his perjury trial in the Valerie Plame matter. She is condemning the blitz as unnecessary, and frivolous, and is latching onto whether or not Saddam Hussein was actually proven to be seeking Yellow Cake Uranium from Niger. She's really good at glossing over the real issue to make a big deal of the details, in order to smoke screen and confuse the situation, while being a hypocrite at the same time. How, you ask?

Let's think back to who was one of the loudest voices slaying the president and dredging up useless pieces of evidence in the impeachment of Clinton. You can't have it both ways, apparently, unless you're Ann.

She is good at not seeing the forest, but setting a few small, unimportant trees on fire. The outing of Valerie Plame is the focus here, and the fact that Scooter Libby perjured himself. Now, if there are other connections higher up in the administration, it is only fitting that they should come out and others should be punished for their roles in what should be considered treason.

I joined Ann's online group after the midterms so I could enjoy watching the right wing's heads spinning in circles. I got banned under my first ID and had to have a friend in New Zealand, because her site traces IPs, set up another account for me. I am now there JUST to gather evidence for the website I am building making fun of her.

Her minions spew the worst vitriol on the net. They are worse than Rush's idiots. They even had a little "yay, Molly Ivins is dead" thread on the group. They are the worst of the worst.

I just wish Democratic men would stop screwing her. That turns my stomach.
