To me it sounds like "sharing the oil" equals "the U.S. gets the lion's share". MKJ

Now complaining that "we" (not sure who "we" is) have been working diligently with the Iraqi government to get infrastructure repaired while implying Iraqi's just aren't helping out much.

Now, says Anbar is the "epicenter" of Al Queda activity. MKJ

caring about the military and other civilians, in Iraq.
