So why should it be so hard to get a withdrawal vote through the senate and congress when every lawmaker there has known Iraq was in Civil War since early this year?

Do you believe that Harry Reid should resubmit the Iraq withdrawal plan voted on last June?

I do. The media can't play the we didn't know Iraq was in civil war game that they played last June.

2. The civil war started AFTER they held their third election in Dec 2005.
There's a difference between insurgent attacks and the fullscale civil war Iraq has been in since the beginning of this year.
