Congratulations Kucinich supporters on today's victory too.
A lot of Kucinich supporters (both adults and kids) have been protesting the execution of Kevin Cooper along with the major superstars (Jesse Jackson, James Cromwell, Mike Ferris, Denzel Washington, Sean Penn and John Heard) and tonight the Supreme Court refused to reverse the stay. Kucinich's courage to call for the abolition of the death penalty has inspired a lot of people. There are a lot more people agreeing with Dennis tonight - now that an obviously innocent man almost got executed for no reason other than that he was black (the wrong color for the assailant who was white) and looked like an easy victim for the police to set-up. There is overwhelming evidence of Cooper's innocence and hopefully the eleven-judge panel looks at it with an open mind. The original jurors opened their minds and helped Cooper get the stay. Given the overwhelming evidence in Cooper's favor, the Terminator and his supporter Lockyer look a little blood-thirsty. This is a big win for the good guys.

3. Great news!
Dennis has quietly made some important inroads on a number of issues.

I can't imagine what that "stayed" man must be feeling about now.

Thanks for keeping us up to day.

BTW.... did you mean Mike Farrell, rather than Ferris?

Kanary

Kucinich 2004!
