What happened the CHENEY'S "full steam ahead" on Iraq?
Poor old Cheney, Nancy has grabbed the reins.

(meanwhile Bush and Cheney are running about the world asking Jordan, Saudi what they should do, aw!).

The Bush administration’s strategy in Iraq will remain “full steam ahead” regardless of the outcome of US mid-term elections that take place on Tuesday, Dick Cheney, the vice-president, said in an interview with ABC news on Sunday.

1. "full steam ahead"
Put water in the boiler. Warm up the fuel, start the fan, light the burners. Warm up the lines and turbines.

Knowledge of the system and proper preparation. They missed that part.
