41% of citizens 18 and older have decided that 1 party rule is out
and split government is safer (thanks to Rove & co). Those in the
know will realize it is the WH or the Congress. So I think the old
chestnuts will sit out 08 and wait for 2012, leaving the field to
Gov Vilsack(DEM) of Iowa (Dull) and Gov Pataki(REP) of NY (More Dull) and.....

the sleeper candidate who will target the 59% who did not even
show up at the polls, NYC Mayor Blumberg(IND).

In between Bloomberg helping LIEberman and trying to hawk gun control, where only the politically connected are allowed to defend themselves, I don't think that he is going to make too many friends.

Just more of the same. I spoke to a friend that works in a shelter just recently and it seems that statistics on homeless are being "massaged". This summer they had significantly more homeless than the winter before.

6. I agree somewhat, I am thinking more along the line of the 59%

that are turned off and he will be the "pothole fixer", the perfect candidate for people who can't or are afraid to make a decision.

That 59% don't vote simply to avoid jury duty. He doesn't even warrant taking the trouble of contemplating to go vote.

18. Randy slams Vilsack (Dull not stupid), Randi get it. She knows

Vilsack understands the primary changes and is moving early to lockup Iowa for his own campaign or at least make himself a "king maker" at the convention. Who knows we just might have an old fashion convention where the delegates actually pick the candidate.
