You cannot trust the president (Note to Freeper Lurkers).
We, Democrats have known for years that you cannot trust this man. He lies through his teeth. And now a week after he said that Rumsfeld will remain for the rest of the Bush presidency, the president forces the man to resign. What's worse is that he already had a replacement in place, meaning he played everyone and yet lied again. Is this a moral man ??? Good grief and I'm to trust this man with the security of the United States ??? He's a pathological liar and you have witnessed it first hand through dismissal of Rumsfeld.

2. During his speech,
he also admitted to lying about the Dems position on key issues. He said, for example, that a vote for Dems would mean defeat in Iraq but today he was sure that there are no Dems who want to immediately withdraw and that they care about our security as much as he does.

His whole campaign trail was full of lies and deceit and he as much as admitted it today.

4. You can bet Bush is very alone now...just like Nixon was...
Once Cheney starts getting pressured, you can bet that Chimpy is going to really try to do something desperate. This is actually a very dangerous time...a cornered rat is very unpredictable.
