Why did Rove create the lie that the Clintons trashed the White House and Air Force One?

Because they had to demonize the last Dem president quickly to change the national perception that Bush was not a legitimate president and that he was the better choice all along.

Why did Rove create the lie that Kerry insulted the troops?

Because they knew Hacking Democracy would be aired Nov. 2 and they needed to change what could be a growing perception that Bush was STILL not the legitimate president so they demonized the last Dem presidential candidate.


That's what they do.

There is a difference, though, I don't recall any Democratic senators who fell for Rove's bait and condemned the Clintons for trashing the White House.

I don't recall any Democratic lawmaker asking the Clintons to apologize for something they KNEW was a lie.

But the greater gist of the post is that it was a PLOY to tear Kerry down because they KNEW Hacking Democracy was going to air.

2. The media reported that as a hard fact w/o even one single photograph as proof.

You would think that for a news story that lasted 2 weeks, they would have produced one, single, solitary photograph as evidence.

In turn, since dumb old me thought of it, you have to wonder why the uber-genius DEM "strategists" were not demanding to see photos as well.

Maybe they were, but they did not do it on TV that I know of.

the same ones who will believe Bush's lie that Kerry insulted the troops.
