A Conversation With Donald Rumsfeld

(from an interview between Rumsfeld and reporter Bob Woodward)
Woodward: Mr. Rumsfeld,
Rumsfeld: Do I see a difference between saying yes we won't do this but no we'll do that with regard to staying the course with no benchmarks for the Iraqis and saying no to not altering our strategy and not being flexible in response to not having a specific timeline? Yes, of course not! Is there any reason for the Iraqis to take over saying no to the yes men in the militias simply because it's hard to say yes to the no votes in this new Democracy, who have, Lord knows, no reason whatsoever to say yes unless we stand up and say no to them, my goodness, yes, absolutely not! I've always never said that.

1. Peyote buttons. That's it, I figured it out!
He's smoking peyote! That's the only possible explanation for that kind of rambling, arrogant bullshit. Talk about run-on sentences. Sheeesh!

3. And most Rumsfeld fans would probably say he's a "straight talker."
Just like McCain.
