4. O'Connor talking about the unrest they became aware of around

"Activist" judges. Made me realize that's all a ginned up tirade by Rush Limbaugh and the right-wing gang. Anytime they didn't like something, they complained about "activist judges".

They literally "poisoned the well". They created an issue, just like they've created several others including the "immigration issue", which isn't what they say it is.
