| I am concerned I heard Bobby Kennedy wrong...need help. |
|
I need someone with AAR Premium to check the archives of the show that aired today, at about 6:35 to 6:40 PM this evening. I have XM but no access to archives.
I don't want to think I heard it. I thought he was talking about Joe Lieberman as a good Democrat, defending him to a radio call in. Then I thought he said the Democrats "punished" Joe by voting him out....but I hope I am wrong.
Could someone check and let me know. It was upsetting. Hubby thought he heard it also.

| 1. He said Joe would vote with the democrats |
|
Lieberman will caucus with the democrats, not the republicans. Bobby was pointing out to the caller that Lieberman would vote with the democrats for majority leader, and that he was on record as saying he would not be joining the republican caucus or voting with them.

| 3. Well he might caucus with the dems |
|
until something comes up that he doesn't like and then he will use that as a threat to keep him from bolting. And the dem leadership will all act so surprised!

| 5. I heard that, but I wanted to know if he used the word above. |
|
The word "punish".
I don't agree that he should be so sure that Joe will caucus with Dems anyway.
Now that so many of our Democrats are afraid to stand for women's right and gay rights, and be against bills that hurt the people like the bankruptcy bill...it may be a moot question.

| 12. Lieberman has pledged to caucus with the Dems. |
|
Anything else would be an election fraud suit waiting to happen.

wouldn't trust him for anything. Lieberman has sold his soul to the devil so I don't think so. He obviously cares more about Israel and himself than the United States and especially the democratic party. And how does Bobby know what Lieberman will do? Doesn't he know about lobbyists and his wife (Joe's) is one too? Sorry but I wouldn't trust Joe for anything. I would strip him of all his committee standings. He doesn't care about the democratic party since he didn't care about the democratic members in CT who voted him out. He snubbed his nose at them and became an independent. Joe only cares about himself. See Joe and his senate seat in 2000 running for vice president. Joe is out for only Joe.

| 6. Yes, Kennedy is a great guy. I just hope I was wrong.. |
|
I hope he did not say the Democrats "punished" Joe. There is no way to contact anyone there at AAR if we disagree.

| 10. I already pay for XM monthly. |
|
Just not gonna do it. We have spent too much money following them from Sirius to XM.
I figure if someone wants to clarify it for me, they will.
I am not going to pay for AAR premium when I pay monthly for XM.
