Will the Dems win both houses????

I certainly hope so, but for me, I'm not counting my chickens before they are hatched. Most of us are still healing from the last wounding we got back in 04. And Frankly, I'm in no rush to reopen it.

I'm working hard, phone banking, signs, etc to help the effort to make it happen, however, perhaps because I'm a giant cynic or perhaps I don't trust our system of electronic fraud voting, or perhaps I just don't want to be sucker punched again. I will vote, I will hope, but I will be realistic on election day when the returns come in.

All indications are that we will win, that was the same in 00, 02 and 04. I have build up enough scar tissue to stop even the toughest of political arrows, but I will be watching and wary of any election shenanigans.

If this was a fair and realistic election, we would win by a landslide and the repukes know that, but alas we don't live in that land. So we have to be on guard and report and bullshit we witness in regards of rigged or fraudulent practices at the voting booth.

If we are to take back what is rightfully ours in the first place, we must be willing to speak up, for that matter scream if we have to, to get a fair count. And until then we should not rest. We get steam rolled year after year because we put our trust into the people we are voting in to speak out for us, but alas, it hasn't happened in the past and so it will be up to us to do the dirty work.

So my advice hope for the best but you better be prepared to fight, because I be you, it just might come to that.
