My comments to Christopher Shays (R-Wiseguy) re: Chappaquiddick
Edited on Thu Oct-12-06 03:25 PM by Lastlaughin08
This is what I sent to his email site today. How this lowlife RW shill can stoop so low without crashing into the curb is beyond me. This man has no class at all.

I find your remarks directed at my senator, Ted Kennedy, re: Chappaquiddick, to be completely out of line. You are no better than the right-wing whores that dominate the airwaves day after day. For a person like yourself that constantly has to pander to voters for employment I only wish I was still a resident of CT so that I could vote against you every time I could. Your party is going to learn a bitter lesson Nov. 7th, believe me.

2. Granted, Kennedy was in some way responsible for...
Edited on Thu Oct-12-06 03:27 PM by liberalmuse
Mary Jo Kopechne's death, but that has nothing whatsoever to do with the Foley scandal. It was grossly inappropriate to bring it up in this context. Republicans are like mean, nasty children most of the time.

In a sense, the Republicans are taking us all over the bridge. Not only America, but Iraq, too.

Good response to stupid comments!

5. Perhaps Shays could mention the deaths that his party is responsible for
Naw, too tacky, eh Chris?

I am just so tired of Chappy coming up everytime those RW drones hear the word Kennedy.

3. Let's bring up the Harding Administration and the Teapot Dome scandal.
Cripes or like Howard Stern this morning brought up tthe Andrew Jackson Administration not negotiating with the government that ruled where North Korea is today.

I'm tired of stupidity!!!

4. Good for you
35 years ago Ted Kennedy might have been reckless, but he didn't intend to seduce teenage boys.

6. David Irving, a holocaust denier, said in his suit vs DLipstadt's book
'More women were killed in Ted Kennedy's car at Chappaquiddick than were killed at Auschwitz.'

He sued Lipstadt and Penguin Books in Britain b/c defendant there has to prove that comments made are/were true. IOW, Lipstadt and Pengin had to PROVE THAT THE HOLOCAUST HAPPENED.

Irving lost; he then said he should not have to pay their court costs b/c there would have been no costs if they had not decided to defend themselves. IOW, it was their fault that there were court costs!?!?!?!?!?!?

His ego and self righteousness makes one want to puke. Sorry to be so un-ladylike.

13. That is how he works. I have watched him.
He gets his wings on then does his dirty work. Course only doing it for the good of the people whom he knows how they should act. Sorry but I will take care of my own moral values.

10. Fuck you, Chris Shays. The bastard's quote is below:
Rep. Christopher Shays invoked a 1969 scandal to defend the House speaker. "I know the speaker didn't go over a bridge and leave a young person in the water, and then have a press conference the next day. Dennis Hastert didn't kill anybody."

11. Classy esponse from Kennedy's spokeswoman:
"This just makes clear the real need for change in November. Beyond that I'm not going to dignify such a desperate attack with a response," said Kennedy spokeswoman Melissa Wagoner.

12. This is one of the stupidest arguments the morans have made
1. Clinton didn't kill anybody either, and that is more comparable.
2. Chap. was 37 years ago!
3. What does that have to do with Foley? Congressmen should not have to step down unless they actually kill somebody?

14. Anyone Remember Bill Janklow???
GOOP Representative who killed someone thanks to his wreckless drunk driving and kept his fat ass out of jail.

Ya know, I'm so tired of the "so's your mother" game these goons like to play...as though if they can find your dirt it somehow makes their smell better.

Let's remember, there's one GOOPer already doing time in the big house, another whose plead guilty and is sure to be making license plates within the next year, a former Majority leader who faces a trial he can't fix and has been disgraced by and now one who was chasing after boys on Capitol Hill...and that's all from this year...and that leaves out the Congressman who is charged with choking his girlfriend...who he admits he had the affair with, but he didn't choke.

Sheesh...and that was just stuff from the last year...
