| 1. I am glad they let the Libertarian candidate participate. |
|
Gettin' ugly. Audience member just really put Burns off his game.
I love Jon - he is so much more than a suit. Should be readily apparent to all.

| 2. Tester is great. I am glad that the libertarian was invited |
|
to the debate. His closing was good. He talked about the whole world being under one government patterned after Russia. I have read some about this, but haven't seen it much. Is that something I missed?

I just watched the debate.
Jon Tester has a future in Dem leadership.
I can't see how he would lose that race.

| 8. I have been following Jon since the primary. |
|
I called his headquarters many months ago and the staff member put him on the phone. We talked for 20-25 minutes about farming, education, choice, music, etc.
Tonight was the first time I have seen him in action and I am so excited. He is a straight talker, unafraid to say what he thinks vs. what he thinks you want to hear and has little baggage.
Tester for President.

| 5. that sort of craziness has been around |
|
since at least the Clinton years. It's in the same category as the government covering up UFOs. It was nice that Jones didn't hold back on losing our freedoms like Dems pretty much have to to avoid looking kooky.

Burns looked like an empty suit up there trying to sound important. Tester looked like the guy that was going to clean out the barn. The Lib looked like, well, one crazy son of a bitch, but he was useful most of the time as an attack dog.
Abuses under the Patriot Act are real whether Conrad Burns says so or not. The guy that wrote "Bush's Brain" was not allowed to fly anywhere, was not told why, and was not allowed to appeal the decision in any way. Cat Stevens was, hmmmmm, pulled off a plane or something, was it - simply for having an Islamic name. Jeanine Pirro's embarrassing phone conversation was revealed because of an illegal wiretap and is hurting her politic campaign. Sean Hanitty is outraged about this, but amazingly still vigorously defends the program overall, even after seeing what it's effects can be. A Canadian citizen was shipped to Syria and tortured for 10 months because they tortured it out of him that he was in Afghanistan fighting for the Taliban. Unfortunately, this coerced information later was proven false.
