Really now, we have ISSUES on our side. We don't need to lower ourselves to discussing weight. It reminds me that every time I hear a Pub mention Ted Kennedy's weight it makes me laugh because they cannot discuss issues - but try to insult physical appearance.

It's a sign of defeat. Let's not do it too.

So when you start calling someone 425 lbs, you disregard the real issues and focus on physical appearance. It cheapens the real argument and anything else said cannot be taken seriously. We have enough substance to complain about without making fun of weight problems. There are enough weight problems on both sides of the aisle.
