He admitted to knowing about Foley, and I think it is inevitable they will both have to at the very least resign from their leadership posts. The only real question is, when will it happen?

There are way too many Republicans pissed off at them, I don't think they can hold on much longer although they may try to wait until after the elections. However holding off is not going to help the party's vote totals one bit, while before it was looking like we would just barely squeak by with taking the house I think after this we have at the very least a ten seat advantage and possibly much more.
