What good is a Democratic legislator who would vote to suspend
habeas corpus at the whim of the worst Republican executive in United States' history?

Did they think we wouldn't notice that they voted to dismantle the Bill of Rights, turn the USA into a rogue nation and suspend the 800-year-old cornerstore of the Western judicial system?

When was the last time Democrats in Congress stuck together to stop Bush from leading our nation into war or domestic tyranny?

6. None.
Every goddamn Dem who voted for this and the so-called "Patriot" Act should be voted out. What's next after torture? Concentration camps? Ovens? We are not going to defeat terrorism by deconstructing/destroying democracy and the rule of law.

10. I am so sick of this crap . HERE"S WHAT GOOD THEY ARE!!
Without them being voted in the republicans will retain control of congress. Geez, is that so fucking hard to understand? If the Democrats had control of the house already this bill would not have come up for a vote.

So many here willing to give bush 2 more years of unlimited power to punish a few Democrats.....it's ridiculous. Democrats overwhelmingly voted against this bill.

14. The ones who voted against this traitorous bill should be rewarded.
The ones who voted for it should be punished.

Why is that so hard to understand? Is there anything that you think is worth standing up for beyond crass political expediency?
