4. I lived in an area prone to wild fires...

we worship those guys. Hot Shots are all that stand between your home and livelihood and that moving hell. Fire fighting is hard work and you burn up a ton calories (no pun intended). I have brought in sandwiches to the guys before the Red Cross made it on the scene. On one occasion, I went to the local convience store to buy up their bread. When they heard what I was doing-they GAVE me a bunch of stuff to help feed the crew. My 10 yo daughter and I stayed up all night baking and cooking. After we finished baking-we went over and kept the coffee going in the Forest Service office. We went to work at the school when time came, slept a few hours after school ended and started the routine all over again.

This asshole not only insulted those fire fighters-he pissed off folks that back the firefighters.
