to me that he had the answer to this question right in front of him on the podium. He kept looking down to the podium between sentences as he answered the question. He seemed to have said everything you would expect one to say in his answer - in a more coherent fashion than his other answers. To me it seemed staged. He knew the question was going to be asked and he had the answer in front of him so he could be sure that he gave the right talking points to the press.
