Did Georgia Sec. of State Cathy "Diebold" Cox just steal her own Election?
The AP has been saying that she lost since 1:15 AM EDT, but I just noticed this on my local Government Access Channel:

For those who don't know who Georgia Secretary of State Cathy "Diebold" Cox is, She's the one who sold Georgia's vote to the Diebold Corporation.

Here's the AP story:

Reed Concedes Defeat in Georgia Primary

By SHANNON McCAFFREY
Associated Press Writer

ATLANTA (AP) -- Former Christian Coalition leader Ralph Reed, unable to overcome his ties to disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff, conceded defeat Tuesday in the state's Republican race for lieutenant governor.

Meanwhile, Democratic Rep. Cynthia McKinney, facing her first election since a scuffle with a Capitol Hill police officer, will face a runoff with her main challenger, Hank Johnson, a former county commissioner with roots in the heart of her core constituency.

In Georgia's Democratic primary for governor, Lt. Gov. Mark Taylor won 51 percent of the vote to defeat Secretary of State Cathy Cox, and will move on to face Gov. Sonny Perdue in November....

2. Sorry, I think you are right, but there were a few other oddities...
...that I'd like answers for, like:

Why did my Democratic ballot not include these odd ballot questions?

Guest Worker: Yes or No?

Fair Tax: Yes or No?

School Board Terms: Yes or No?

SPLOST Elections... Yes or Now?

I'm going to go capture these so I have them.

4. That seems very odd that they would only ask and let Rebublicans...
...vote on those ballot questions.

Could be a mistake, could have been on purpose, who knows?

5. it was a primary, not a general election right?

So why wouldn't the questions be different? The Democratic ballot didn't have the republican candidates on it, did it? Who do you think the 'They' that didn't ask the questions are?

7. I didn't see those questions either.
I also didn't have any choices for county offices. Could be because I voted Democrat and the only ones running in Cherokee County were Republicans.

8. GA elections are like the WWF or As The World Turns
Fun to watch but you know it's all been decided ahead of time, pre-programed as it were.
