I never saw anything about last July's signing between Iraq and Iran.

And in the big picture - the long run - I think it's a good move for the region. We may not like the realignments, and a lot of it may not be pretty, but it's their neighborhood, not ours. Democracy doesn't come in a Humvee and self determination doesn't come on Air Force One. Just my 2 cents.
