Did Corpmedia use Webb campaign press release about G. Felix Allen?
Edited on Fri Jun-30-06 05:35 PM by blm
Cuz I haven't seen it repeated.

Gee, you'd think Matthews would be furious that anyone attacked his good pal George Felix Allen.

Anyone hear anything on broadcast media?

1. "Senator Dude Ranch"
There's actually been more than one. This one is the response to Allen's attacks on Katrina, where Webb calls Allen "Senator Dude Ranch". I didn't know anything about it until I went to his web site. I wonder where the media has been on this??

2. You would think media would be all over this story.
It's certainly funny enough.

3. I know, I'm completely stumped
An opportunity to ridicule a politician, you'd think they'd love that. I just can't for the life of me figure it out. :freak:

5. So they ARE giving the Webb campaign the same treatment - mute the
counterattacks.

7. In a week or so, when G. Felix II comes up with a retirt,
they will run it repeatedly. Not to worry - it's early.

11. I know, I know..... no real surprise to me, but alot of people thought
that Webb would get better treatment than Kerry got. Fact is that ANY DEmocrat running against a chosen GOP son will get their counterattacks muted or distorted.

Just watch - when Patriot Project vets come out to counter the attacks on Dem vets, all of a sudden, the media will be saying that veterans are overstepping and are arrogant to think their voices matter more than those who didn't serve. Then they'll play the woman card.

Bet on it.

8. But but - Webb knows how to attack!!!
Unlike those other weak-kneed spineless Dems. That's why I just can't figure out why the media isn't all over this!

:sarcasm:

9. That's right, s-n-s
There are people here who think the MSM will suddenly become balanced just because our people fight back. There the same ones who think the Cabal "news" networks ignore Treasongate, Torturegate, Gannongate, Dieboldgate,Condigate, LIHOP, and Nigergate because they wouldn't generate ratings.

10. Ya missed DowningStreetMemogate.
That proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that the corporate media, both broadcast and print were completely coopted by BushInc.

I can't think of ANY administration, including Reagan and Bush1's who would have gotten away with that damning a story. And the only way they pulled it off was because their corporate allies bought control of most broadcast and print media.
