I've sworn off Matthews time and time again for his bashing "The Left" in general, and Democrats specifically. Give him an opportunity to go after a Democrat and he's Speedy Gonzolas on a rocket!

Does he ever 'defend' Democrats in any way close to the way he does the Cons? Look at the way he handled this segment. He allows Morgan to go on and on, then reinforces what she says by saying 'Just to be clear...You've accused them of #1, #2, #3. Those are serious charges.' She is then allowed to go unchallenged by either Matthews or Sharpton, and he then cuts the segment. In all fairness, there were likely time constraints, but I've seen him come down on Democrats and cut them off stating he's 'not going to allow spin'.
