5. Did you catch the soldier's comment

He said something like "I don't think we will be having that drink after all". The asshole snapped back, "Your loss". I think the guy painted himself in a corner and forget he was at Air America with people who might disagree with his Weekly Standard bullshit. Just my opinion, but I think he sounded a little "unhinged". When he popped off about "being in two fire fights" The other reporter, a woman, asnwered she had been in more than that. The soldier joked with Franken about listening to two reporters argue about combat experience. Pretty funny stuff. He told the asshole earlier that he wasn't objective if he was embedded. I think that set the guy off.

The soldier, Riekhoff, does a lot of good work for the troops with his IAVA group. He tries to stay out of the politics, he just wants the soldiers taken care of.
