Anyone Else Really Fuming at the Vet Administration?
I get a piece of mail from those turds today ... oops someone lifted your info, blah, blah, blah ... and I am thinking.
How in the h*ll do they know where I am 30 years later?
Do they keep little files on all of us for some reason?
Whats up?

4. Where I live?
Sure they can keep records of what was but they have no right to track people. Why should they?

8. So they can call you up if they run outta younger cannon fodder?
Hey, not only fuming about the stolen (or sold?) info on millions, a tad outraged about, what was it 20,000 exams done with unsterilized instruments!

To be fair, they did offer free aids screening... sorta

12. I got out in '72
And have moved several times since. I have had no contact with the VA since '72. I just assumed they used my social security number information which they bumped against tax information and got the current address from there. So that is how the mail man showed up at my door. Makes you wonder who will show up next.

13. My guess...

is they have the ability to manipulate multiple data bases on the social security number key. That is what makes this thing so scary. Talk about identity theft. Man if that info falls into the wrong hands there is no end to the things which can be done.
