Running for office in Baltimore
I'm interested in running for office here in the city. Time to quit griping and actually start trying to make a difference.

Anyone know a resource for getting started on that? I'm pretty much at a loss for where to start...

2. Excellent
Thanks!

I also found some green party links, but I'd like to see what you can do as a Democrat in city office in Baltimore...alderman or something.

4. Now you're talking
We need a progressive candidate in Baltimore who'll focus on women's rights, reproduction rights, education, drug treatment, etc...their endorsement would be huge.

7. I think I'll add
...giving Mayo Shattuck a kick in the gonads to the platform as well.

Only four states will have more expensive energy than MD when they're done, if I remember correctly. :(
