RFKjr RW Talking Point: where was Kerry?
The counter to RFKjr documenting the obvious theft of Ohio is that as Kerry didn't object at the time, there is no case, as Kerry is the 'aggrieved party'. You are going to hear the 'where was Kerry' meme nonstop until this issue drowns.

The aggrieved parties here are the citizens of Ohio who had their votes stolen. They have standing. Your vote may have been stolen and is in danger of being stolen again, not Senator Kerry's.

1. You are sooooo right - the aggrieved party is the Ohio voter, not JFK
Thanks for pointing that out - very important.

2. My contention: if there's been any irregularities, why isn't EVERYONE,

Dems and repugs, up in arms about it? This shouldn't be a partisan issue, not something that should be swept under the rug. And it's not just Ohio, the rot has spread all over, with a bow to the companies who manage the machines.

3. RFKjr nailed Tucker on that.
Carlson ended up looking like a stupid preppy frat boy, no wonder as Carlson is a stupid preppy frat boy.

4. You are absolutely right -- this should not be a "Democrat issue"...
this should be an issue with every voter in this country!!

How can anyone feel good about democracy in America when we can't be certain that our votes are being counted??

You can bet your life that if Kerry was in the WhiteHouse and this article came out, the freeper community would be up in arms!!

5. Everyone is acting so damned defensive about this! Are they
feeling guilty?

6. Shirley, you jest
why would Repubs care?

1. They know all the theft/irregularites will go in their favor, and
2. They're on the record as saying that it's OK that the 2000 election was stolen, since it was more important to install * in office than to preserve democracy.

8. Some of us still have consciences and want to correct the ills
of this administration. Ha! As if! There's got to be some repugs out there that dislike this admin enough to actually wonder what happened. Doesn't there?
And quit callin' me Shirley!

7. Kerry told RFK recently....
Back then, the evidence that RFK presented wasn't known. If those facts were known back in '04, he would have gone after it.

9. You miss the point. This all about making people aware of election
disenfranchisement and fraud and beginning a discussion on making our elections fair. Senator Kerry just happens to be the latest victim of our election process. The focus should not be on Kerry.
I say this even though I am a Kerry supporter who is still upset over the election.

10. I think the op gets it
Kerry is not the victim - the VOTERS are the victims.

The title of the op is only that this is the RW talking point - but the text says this is bogus.

I think the op is correct.

Just like this guy:

11. This is a question that I have asked.
Why have there been no lawsuits filed (maybe there have been and I just don't know about it) on behalf of the disenfranchised voter? I would have thought the ACLU would have stepped in over any number of points in RFKjr's article that have been part of the public record for a long time. I don't know why Blackwell isn't busily occupied defending himself in a bunch of civil rights cases as opposing to thumbing his nose a la Katherine Harris and running for HIGHER office when he made a travesty of the office he held.
