The Convention should be in DENVER
Denver is the best city in 2008 not New Orleans. The Democrats have a lot of momentum in the west and I think the 2008 convention would be a great way of reaching out. Denver would have better weather than New Orleans and it will be in better shape than New Orleans. And Wayne Allard is up in 2008 and that is a great pick up opportunity. Why should we reward Mary Landrieu for being the biggest DINO in the senate when the progressive movement is really picking up steam in Colorado?

2. Are they really saying New Orleans? How transparent is that?
I like the sound of Denver. Kind of non-denominational. ;)

3. And right now, Denver has a HUGE chance of landing the Dem convention
and I'll volunteer my time and efforts for the Convention, and hopefully meet our future President of the United States, Al Gore!

5. Yes, but up to 1 ounce, I believe.
I think there is an upcoming ballot in November to decriminalize weed.

God, I love this city.

7. You're in Denver?
I'd love to visit there .. never been there before.. but I support Marijuana Policy Project http://www.mpp.org/ as should every pot smoker, since they're busting their butts for US, to get pot legalized everywhere, eventually.. even a $5 donation is better than nothing.

They'll be trying to legalize pot state wide in Co. this year.. and I wish them lots of luck!

16. How about Crawford, Texas
as a gentle 'fare-thee-well' to our esteemed outgoing leader. A gesture of reconciliation, or something like that.

Well, that's what we'll tell the Repubs, anyway. They might even believe it, until the mass mooning of the President and his ranch from Camp Casey. How many delegates will be at the convention? Could lend new meaning to the term 'full moon', lol.

And since the party won't have the guts to put "FU W" in the platform, the gesture will have to do.
