You know it's true. If they were about to sweep into power, as the Dems appear to be, they wouldn't be wimping out on hearing, impeachment, and censure.

They woudn't be worried about the opposition saying they were going to waste your time and money investigating this 'great' President during a "time of war."

They would be screaming to the heavens about how, when they get in office, they were going to take him down. They have done too good a job creating this fake "public opinion" that the people don't want this. A large majority of the people do want this.

I don't get th Pelosi strategy. I think Dems will win BIGGER if we say we're going to treat the country to a complete rout of the GOP, starting with Bush and Cheney.

1. Once we take over
There wont be a way to stop IMPEACHMENT!
The PUKES know this. It's their party that refuses to investigate or stops lawful investigations.
With no interference the Impeachment of President STUPID FUCK is a foregone conclusion. What Dem. is going to risk their career to interfere with an investigation thats already underway? Go ahead I dare you just name one. And don't say LIEBERMAN he's no Democrat.

2. the strategy is to block their strategy
dems know the republicans want to make the issue: "all the dems want to do is impeach the pres."

the repubs know from lots and lots of research that this framing of the election will scare the hell out of the people who are considering not voting or even voting the other side. The dems are simply doing this so that they do not allow the repubs to be framing the election in this way, the way they really want to. The repubs know that they have to take the issues away from the specifics of why bush should be impeached and make the issue some vague 'dems just want to impeach and get payback for the clinton thing.'

4. Not only would they be screaming about it, they would
already have the articles drawn up and ready to go.

The next Dem who gets elected President in an election not close enough to steal will be hounded from Day One by repukes out to impeach. It's how they operate. It's all they know.
