3) Fear Monger. "Remember Kobar Towers, Beirut, The Twin Towers...."
4) Fear Monger. "You have no civil liberties if you're dead"
5) Condescend. "We have been entrusted with this solemn responsibility"
6) Weasel. "The conduct of our oversight is secret".
