That Truthout is holding Jason's feet to the fire on sources review.
I am not slamming Jason on this. I ain't one of those who say he is irredeemable. That said, something like this story demands the most rigorous proof and reproof, before you run it.

it appears to be some sort of plea bargaining. Fitzgerald has told Rove's lawyers that unless he enters a plea he will be indicted by the grand jury on many more charges exposing Rove to many more years in prison. Usually this sort of plea bargain is offered when you are seeking cooperation against someone higher up the chain, or should I say: Cheney.
