Even though environmentalists have convinced Jeb Bush to not drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico... someone else is going to get the oil...

China and Mexico are currently bidding for oil drilling rights in the Gulf... And there is nothing the US can do to stop them.

Chinese President Wu left the Chimp and went directly on world journey sewing up deals for oil for China.

Our prez makes wars while Wu makes friends and deals. Something is very wrong with this picture.
