He is pathetic. He truly is. Newshounds and Crooks and Liars both cover this ridiculous little man and his pitiful guest...as they twist the one sentence said by Howard Dean.

From Crooks and Liars:

No video but a picture with grossly exaggerated words.

Look at the words below the picture.

Did Howard Dean Threaten the entire Religious community?

And the statement by Crooks and Liars is funny.

"Another Neil Cavuto show, another distortion. Dean was talking about taxes. I especially like the graphic that has Howard bathed in a red light. He sure looks like "the Devil" to me."

And the answer is of course...No, he did not threaten the whole religious community. He said 17 words. Newshounds covered it well.

http://www.newshounds.us/2006/04/21/fox_gives_radical_c...

"On Thursday (April 20, 2006), the Christian Science Monitor published a very short, six paragraph Q & A with Howard Dean titled: The Monitor Breakfast - Howard Dean.

In the interview, the Monitor asked Dean about "religion and politics." Dean gave a one sentence answer:

The religious community has to decide whether they want to be tax exempt or involved in politics.

"Thursday afternoon, on Your World w/Neil Cavuto, in a segment titled, "Did Howard Dean Threaten the Entire Religious Community?" Fox gave radical cleric James Dobson six full minutes (here's a link to the video) to spin Dean's comment into the stratosphere and to claim that he doesn't get involved in politics. For visual effects, Fox went to a split screen and aired video and muted audio of the 2004 "Dean scream" and tossed in a graphic during Cavuto's introduction that read: "Unholy Threat?"

Messing with the ability of fundamentalist churches to preach to their congregations about voting Republican obviously scares the bejesus out of these theocrats."

Shame on you, Neil Cavuto, for such spinning.

2. James Dobson is one sick sucker, Cavuto is another
I had a psychiatrist friend tell me years ago that shrinks who went off the deep end took twice as long to cure as "normal" people with mental issues.

Dobson went off and has never sought help. He needs it badly. His view on life and animals are totally twisted.
